Abbott K. Schlain Co. provides a turn key method for removing and replacing existing skylights that are beyond repair or out-dated. We can remove an existing skylight unit, inspect and provide engineering, if necessary, of the existing curb construction to assure that the construction of the curb can handle the loads imposed by a new skylight.

We will also inspect the curb to ensure that the curb condition has the proper roof flashing prior to the installation of a new quality engineered skylight.

We will then install a new skylight with the proper glazing for the space and framing color of choice.
